Since Leo bought his first home in 2009, he fell in love with real estate. Since then, he has been investing in the bay area while working as an engineer in the Silicon Valley. After enjoyed a rewarding career in high tech, he decided to continue the pursuit of his passion and become a realtor and property manager. As a home owner, a seasoned investor, and a licensed real estate agent / property manager, Leo can bring great values in the process to help any client achieve their real estate goals. Whether you are selling or buying a home or a rental, Leo has the experience and the skills to make every transaction a great experience. Leo hold a B.S. and M.S. degree in engineering from San Jose State University. Leo speaks/write fluent Chinese and have traveled internationally.

Jay McDonald is the Director of Operations at Keyrenter Silicon Valley. Jay is an accomplished director offering 14 years of professional property management experience, with the last 5 years focused on project/asset management. Her focus is delivering strong financial results, cost-saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management, and excellent customer service. Jay has provided management services to diverse residential portfolios ranging from low-income to multi-million dollar estates. She is known for being an aggressive problem solver, effective communicator, excelling at building relationships, and above all, always working with integrity & compassion.

Chapin Hemphill has been involved in Real Estate for most of his life. Born into the industry, he worked for his father’s home building business starting at an early age. After graduating college, Chapin spent nine years in the entertainment industry, where he ultimately started his first company. Subsequent to his full time return to real estate, Chapin’s experiences constitute a well-rounded perspective of the industry.
In 2015, Chapin established Keyrenter Silicon Valley, a property management firm and Keyrenter franchise. Keyrenter Silicon Valley is based in San Jose, CA and services the greater Santa Clara County area. The property management firm is a natural complement to the other real estate activities that Chapin is involved with and adds a dynamic dimension to the highly valued real estate services and problem solving that Chapin already brings to his local industry.
